Proset Construction, Inc. is a licensed ICC Class A, full-service general contractor headquartered in Montrose, Colorado, with a regional office in Telluride. Founded in 2017, we serve both the ultra-luxury resort residential and commercial hospitality and multi-family sectors.

The construction process typically involves several phases, each of which plays a critical role in delivering a successful building project. The first phase is the preconstruction phase, which includes the development of the project scope, budget, and schedule, as well as the selection of the design and construction team. During this phase, we work closely with the client and the design team to evaluate the feasibility of the project, identify potential challenges, and develop solutions to address any issues. This phase also includes the development of construction documents and the preparation of construction contracts.
The next phase of the construction process is the construction phase. This phase involves the mobilization of the construction team and equipment, excavation, foundation work, and the erection of the building. During this phase, we are responsible for managing the work of subcontractors, coordinating the delivery of materials and equipment, and monitoring the progress of the project. The construction phase also involves regular inspections and quality control measures to ensure that the work meets the standards set forth in the construction documents. Once the construction phase is complete, the building is ready for occupancy, and the final phase, the closeout phase, begins. During this phase, Proset Construction performs a final inspection of the building, addresses any outstanding items, and delivers the building to the client.
